Description: The club is growing fast and administration time can be vastly reduced if all players are registered (including via mobile) on Pitchero. Playing numbers and engagement levels will increase due to this work thus raising membership satisfaction.

Current Situation: There are approx 125 active players eligible for senior cricket of which 70% have registered to the website, 60% are receiving mails, 40% have downloaded the club app.

Target: The aim is to increase website engagement of these members to over 90% across the website, email and club app and all members who do not follow this process are made aware that members availability and therefore participation in matches will be driven by this.

Action and Tools: A user guide will be provided to the volunteer to forward to members, informing these members how to register for website, email and club app, they just need contacting and assisted. The volunteer is to attempt to make contact with approx 60 members informing them of the request and progress tracked on a spreadsheet. We would encourage them to utilise the captains of the XIs to help with contacting and sending the messages.
